Group Coaching for High-Potential Leaders

We custom develop the Group Coaching for High Potential Leaders program based on the needs of the group.

A typical program is 6–9 months and is designed to be an intensive cohort-based learning experience.

The program includes:

  • 360 feedback and personality assessments
  • Several 1:1 coaching sessions
  • Creation of a robust individual development plan
  • Monthly group sessions for skill practice, peer coaching and relationship building
  • Strategic action learning assignments
