Using the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) and other instruments, members gain insight into their own personalities as well as the collective team profile.  With this insight, differences can be valued and commitments made for more effective communication and decision making.


2.  Assessment of Current Team Functioning
Through interviews, focus groups, and assessment instruments, a baseline measurement is established which represents the collective views, needs, and expectations of the team members. 

3.  Development of Shared Vision
In working with the team, using facilitated exercises and dialogue, the team develops a shared vision of the team’s purpose and potential.  Attention is paid deliberately to the team characteristics that are considered the least developed.

4.  Development of Roadmap for Ongoing Progress
Specific action plans and structures are clearly defined for the team’s ongoing learning, skill development and collaboration.  Team and individual coaching is often provided to ensure results.
