Sandy brings deep knowledge of what it takes to identify and nurture an organization’s top talent. She coaches leaders at all levels and specializes in talent assessment and development. She also is an exceptional workshop leader and facilitator.
Sandy has held leadership positions in Organization Effectiveness and Talent Management at a number of large organizations including Fidelity Investments, Colgate-Palmolive, The TJX Companies, and at several smaller companies that span the technology, software, and healthcare industries. In the recent past, she was head of Organizational Effectiveness at a technology company where she was a key member of the executive team.

Sandy holds a B.S. in Business from The State University of New York, and a Master’s Degree in Human Resources Development from Boston University.
She completed her professional coach training through the Coaches Training Institute. She is certified in the EQi (Emotional Intelligence), the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, the Hogan Leadership Assessment suite, the Leadership Versatility Index (LVI) 360, and Situational Leadership.
