She is an expert facilitator, a masterful trainer and coach, and a sought-after leader in her field. She has a particular sweet spot in helping organizations assess, identify and develop high potential leaders.
Sandy has held leadership positions in Organization Effectiveness and Talent Management at a number of large organizations including Fidelity Investments, Colgate-Palmolive, The TJX Companies, and at several smaller companies that span the technology, software, and healthcare industries. In the recent past, she was head of Organizational Effectiveness at a technology company where she was a key member of the executive team.

Sandy holds a B.S. in Business from The State University of New York, and a Master’s Degree in Human Resources Development from Boston University.
She completed her professional coach training through the Coaches Training Institute. She is certified in the EQi (Emotional Intelligence), the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, Hogan Assessments, and Situational Leadership.
