Judy Ingalls

Judy is a leadership development expert. She brings over 25 years of experience helping executives, teams and organizations reach higher levels of clarity and effectiveness. She leverages a deep knowledge of group and organizational dynamics, individual psychology, and business demands to her executive coaching and organizational effectiveness consulting.

Judy has held senior positions in leadership and organization development at Fidelity Investments, State Street Corporation, EMC, and Staples. She started her career facilitating experiential Outward Bound programs for corporate and government leaders.

She serves as a facilitator in Harvard’s Executive Education programs and has been a guest lecturer at Boston College and Brandeis University. She served as an Executive Coach in Our Generation Speaks; a business incubator for joint Israeli-Palestinian ventures. She has been a top rated faculty member in the Executive Coaching program at William James College.

 

Education/Certifications

Judy holds a B.A. in Social Work and Psychology from the University of Maine, and a Master’s Degree in Organizational Development from American University.

She is certified in many leadership, team and personality assessment instruments including, Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, the Hogan Leadership Assessment suite, the Leadership Effective Analysis (LEA) 360, CCL’s Benchmarks 360 and Korn Ferry’s leadership assessment tools. She achieved Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt
