Marianne Roy

Marianne is a nationally recognized organization development and change management expert. She is also a masterful facilitator and executive coach. Her combination of skills and expertise enable her to provide impactful assistance to individuals, teams and organizations.

She has held significant leadership and organization development positions in a variety of industries.

Marianne has helped many organizations navigate complex transitions and change. She does this by using her wealth of knowledge and experience to meld together theory, possibility and practicality.

 

Education/Certifications

Marianne holds a BBA from Bishop’s University, an M.Ed. from Boston University and an MSc. from Southern New Hampshire University. She is a graduate of the Gestalt Institute of Cleveland’s Organization and Systems Development program, and now serves as a faculty member at the Gestalt International Study Center. She holds a Professional Coach Certification (PCC) from the International Coaches Federation.

Marianne is certified to administer a variety of leadership, team and personality assessments, including the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, the Five Dynamics, the FIRO-B and the Leadership Circle 360.
