Charlotte Kells

Charlotte is an executive coach and expert facilitator. As a trained mediator, she works with individuals and teams to resolve conflict and build alignment during times of change. She is also masterful at designing and delivering high impact workshops.

She has over 20 years experience coaching executives and managers in diverse leadership roles and across many industries. She helps leaders in their own development and in the development of their teams.

She brings several years direct management experience as Vice President and Director of Human Resources in financial services. She was a faculty member at the Creative Problem Solving Institute for eleven years and became a Colleague of the Creative Education Foundation in recognition of her work at the Institute. She calls upon her deep expertise in creative thinking to help leaders approach challenges with a strategic mindset and ultimately produce impressive results.

 

Education/Certifications

Charlotte holds a BS in Education and English from the University of Michigan and Master’s Degrees in both Education and Business from the University of Michigan and Lesley College.

She completed her professional coach training through the Coaches Training Institute. She is certified to administer the Myers Briggs Type Indicator and the Element B, the Career Architect, Personal Directions, the Leadership Effective Analysis (LEA), the Integrative Enneagram, the Hogan Leadership Assessment suite, and the Leadership Agility 360.
